Radiosounding

A Vaisala DigiCora MW21 system is operated since 2004, particularly during intensive field campaigns, using RS-80 sondes and, more recently, RS-92 sondes.
By launches of meteorological balloons, the DigiCora system collects measurements of pressure, temperature, water vapor, wind speed and direction profiles.
During 2021 the system will be upgraded to MW41 version and will use RS41 sondes.
